    DELIVERY We operate 5 days a week, 24hrs a day. If your order is placed before 11am you will receive your banner 3 working days later. All our orders are delivered via courier.
    ARTWORK

    We can print from most file types: .jpg, .eps, .pdf, .psd, .ai - we cannot print direct from Word, Publisher or Powerpoint but we can easily recreate those file types. The most important thing to remember is all graphics need to be 300dpi. Anything less we cannot guarantee the quality of your banner. All the imported graphic contained within the design also need to be 300dpi resolution. 

    IMPORTANT: Do not copy logos and images from websites the resolution will be poor and they will not print well.

    We ideally need the artwork supplied to us at 25% of the final size. So, if you need a 3000 x 1000mm banner your document needs to be set at 750 x 250mm. It's easy - just divide your measurements by 4.
